"... I can't be bothered"

Everyone gets depressed at times,
but approximately 20% of people will suffer from "Depression" at some point in their life.

Unfortunately the advice many people get from their friends and family is to “Snap out of it!” – this may work if you are just feeling a bit depressed, but if you have a Depression it will probably make you feel worse  – because you can’t!

With Depression, there is a significant change in your neurobiology, which effects the functioning of your Frontal Lobe, shutting it down.

Therapy for Depression involves ‘waking up’ your frontal lobe, through changing behaviours and challenging negative beliefs.
